Cherokee design was offered as plans for homebuilders in the mid to late 50's . 100+ were built worldwide but no production models were ever constructed. My model is 1/4 scale. The kit consisted of wing ribs, fuse frames and some misc. ply parts. There were 2 sheets of not overly complete drawings and no instructions. The drawings showed no dihedral. I checked the real airplane plans and decided to use the 2 deg shown on them. I also added some structure to the fuse wings and wing carry thru with carbon fiber rod incorporating the 2 Deg of dihedral. I also added full cockpit details and a pilot. The model flies and thermals very well
